Rules

These Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and all policies posted on our site set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of our site, services, applications and tools (collectively "Services"). You agree to comply with all the above when accessing or using our Services.

Conceal Marketplace is provided to you by Conceal Network, as a facilitating tool to connect members of the Conceal Network Community. General guidelines of the Conceal Community applies when using this Service.

General Guidelines

1. Do not use the posted ad for Spamming / Advertising / Self-promote other than the related product.
   Our community defines spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not self-promote your website, business or forums etc through a published ad. Spamming also includes sending promotion messages to users.
   Your account will be banned permanently and your posted ads will be deleted.

2. Do not post copyright-infringing material
   Providing or asking for information on how to illegally obtain copyrighted materials is forbidden.

3. Do not post “offensive” posts, links or images
   Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these ads. This includes user pictures. Use common sense while posting.

4. Do not use the "Contact Publisher" form to ask unrelated questions or to send private messages.
   Through your Comments and when using the "Contact Publisher" form remain respectful of other members at all times.
   All comments and messages should be professional and courteous.
   Do not use Comments and messages sent throught "Contact Publisher" form to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle other members and the Conceal Network Community.

5. No illegal activities
   Any trace or promotion of illegal activities will result in ads and account deleted and will be reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Data Protection
   Do not ask email addresses, phone numbers or any other personal data other than the one already provided by other members.
   Do not share personnal data other than the one required during registration process.
   Your account will be banned permanently and your ads will be deleted.

7. Free Speech
   This community has a truly international membership. Many members speak English as a second (or third, or fourth) language. Be sensitive to cultural differences and the possibility that language barriers may confuse the meaning of your or others' commentss. Think before reacting. The rules are not designed to censor opinions or promote the views of the team. However, keep in mind that you are a guest on a private server, so we reserve the right to remove content that interferes with the goals of the community.
   Comments and messages sent using the "Contact Publisher" form are not to be used for posting religious, political, sexist, ethnically or racially offensive, or obscene messages.

8. Bashing & Derogatory References
   Comments and messages sent using the "Contact Publisher" form are not to be used for direct or indirect derogatory references to other members, communities or projects.
   A derogatory reference is a negative statement about another member/project. Often this is called a personal attack. The best way to avoid a derogatory reference is to not make an uncomplimentary personal comment or include an insulting label.
   Bashing other people/ads publicly is against our community rules and will be sanctioned with permanent account being deleted.

Posting policies

The following activities are prohibited from Conceal Marketplace

Posting an item for sale that is not located in your residential country.

Posting an item for sale that is illegal to own, buy or sell in your area of residence.

Posting an item for sale that is in the prohibited items and services list.

Posting duplicate ads in multiple categories.

Posting ads using multiple different email addresses.

Posting an ad that serves no other purpose other than to send traffic to a web site.

Posting an ad that violates Conceal Network Community guidelines.

Posting an ad containing a list of keywords not directly related to the item being sold.

Posting an ad in languages other than English or official language of your residential country.

Posting an ad that contains adult, mature or erotic content. Personals are not allowed.

Posting an ad that defames anyone or contains "hate speech".

Posting opinions, notices, and discussion topics which should instead be posted on social media sites.

Posting an ad in an incorrect or misleading category or with misleading information.

Posting an ad that violates any Conceal Marketplace Policies.

Posting as a Private Seller, Owner, or Individual when you are a Business, Dealer or Professional.

Posting an ad that is intended to profit off a natural disaster, health or public safety concern, or tragic event.

Please note:

Users must be at least 18 years old to post ads on their own, or not to be a minor as per threshold of legal adulthood as recognized by their area of jurisdiction based on residence.

Any ads that do not comply with Conceal Marketplace policies may be removed from the site. Additionally, users who violate such policies may be blocked from using Conceal Marketplace in the future.

We may, at any time, remove an ad if we believe it interferes with the well-being of the community or the spirit of Conceal Network or Conceal Marketplace.

Our general rule is that you may not list, buy or sell items or services that are illegal to own, buy or sell in your province or country of residence, or that are not bought or sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the item you list, buy or sell.

Listing Price and Paying

Listing Price is indicated in CCX (Conceal Network coin ticker, ₡)
Paying:
Conceal Marketplace allows sellers to market their products and buyers to purchase them. Conceal Marketplace is not selling any goods and services.
Once buyer and seller have met, inspected the item and come to an agreement, it’s time to finalize the deal.
Don't buy or sell outside of your country.
Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services.
Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country.
Even if using a secure cashless payment method, buyers and sellers still shall comply with their residential country laws, and tax regulations.
VAT stands for value-added tax. It's a tax based on the consumption of goods and services that is commonly found in the EU, UK, and select other regions of the world. VAT is also known as JCT, GST, HST, SST, PST, RST or QST in some countries and regions around the world.
Conceal Marketplace will not collect VAT, sellers are liable for tax and must ensure they comply with their tax authority.
For more information on VAT requirements in your location, please consult your local tax authority or a licensed professional.

Shipping

Conceal Marketplace will not facilitate item shipping.
Conceal Markerplace highly recommend to buyers and sellers to physically meet to proceed to their deal, for which Conceal Marketplace as no liability.
Note: if buyers and sellers still elect to ship item to proceed to a deal, Conceal Marketplace cannot be held responsible for any item loss or damage.

Posting Duplicate Ads

Do not post duplicate ads in one or multiple categories as they are a source of frustration for other community members. If you’re unsure of which category to use, try searching to find out where others have put similar ads. Duplicate ads may be removed by our website maintener if you do attempt to post another ad.

When posting your ad, post it within your region for maximum exposure. It is tolerated to post in more than one city, for instance, if you have a second residence.

Remember, people that are willing to travel will search other Conceal Marketplace sites using the Locations search feature to find your ad. So posting one single ad will be, in most cases, as effective as posting in more than one city in your region.

Please note:

We reserve the right to remove ads that hinder the user experience.

Ads in the Services category must be condensed as much as possible. All facets of a service must be listed within a single ad instead of having an ad for each service.

Linking to a website

You may include a link to your website if you would like to:

Link to additional product information

Link to a page with more related pictures

Please note that your ad must advertise a specific item or service. Ads created for the sole purpose of directing traffic to an alternate website are not allowed on Conceal Marketplace.

Prohibited Content

The list below details what can't be posted on Conceal Marketplace:

Including pornography, nude photos, videos, articles, or erotic products
Including prostitution, escort, or accompanying services

Including the delivery of alcohol and related beverages
Note: Selling empty bottles, labels, or caps as collectibles is permitted.

Baby Items Deemed Unsafe by Health Services of your country of juridiction, including but not limited to:

Note: some Antiques might be excluded, please consult applicable regulations. If so, the year the item was manufactured as well as an image must be included in the ad.
Note: Bone, including fossilized teeth or bone, from non-ivory producing animals is permitted. The species must be indicated in the ad.

Note: Collectable knives and swords (unsharpened, fantasy/antique) and kitchen utensils and cutlery are permitted.

Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries, and Coin Operated Slot Machines

Massage Services
Massage service ads can only include images of the establishment. Ads containing full body photographs or headshots are not allowed.
Massage service ads cannot include the personal details of the service provider, such as age, sex, gender, ethnicity, or mentions of body measurements
Wanted ads looking for massage services are not permitted
Note: Ads posted by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is able to provide insurance receipts for customers is permitted.
Note: Massage as part of an aesthetics package by a registered Aesthetician, but not offered on its own, is permitted.

Offensive and Obscene Material
Including Nazi related artifacts and collectibles
Note: This excludes stamps, letters, and envelopes with the Nazi symbol, currency issued by the Nazi government, military scripts, and historically accurate WWII military model kits that have Nazi symbols.

Prescription Drugs and Devices
Any devices and accessories requiring a prescription are not permitted.

Products That Are Unauthorized by Health Services of your residential country.

Note: Perishable items are permitted; however, the sale of food items is highly regulated by the government (state, federal, or provicial). When you list any food products, you’re certifying that the item may be sold and complies with all health, safety, and labelling requirements.
